Job Description
Handling of HR facets in the organization
Oversees hiring (applicant filtering) and deployment
Creation of quality applicants' pool
Cascades day 1 procedures to newbies (to include orientation of Policies and processes)
Basic handling of employees' concerns (assisted by head)
Conducts activities (for work-life balance) as approved by management
Monitors evaluations of employees and coordinates with respective heads on results and recommendations
Submits reports on hiring and other reports related to the function
Travels to other sites outside branch assignment from time to time
Performs other tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Psychology/Human Resources
Experience in I/O setting is an advantage
Excellent Communications and Written Skills
Highly personable
Ability to create presentations using's PowerPoint slides and other programs and able to conduct presentations with confidence
Basic knowledge in LABOR standards
Can work well in a fast-paced environment
No issues with travels outside of branch assignment from time to time
