HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The HVAC Technician will ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.

-Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including checking refrigerant levels, inspecting and replacing filters, cleaning coils, and ensuring the proper operation of thermostats and other control systems.

-Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or refrigerant issues.

-Conduct system inspections and provide recommendations for improvements, upgrades, or repairs.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and maintenance activities.

-Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and provide maintenance tips.

-Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on-site.

-Respond to emergency service calls promptly and provide troubleshooting support as needed.

-Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems.

-Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standards.
