Accounting Manager

Manages a company's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting and reporting. Needs also a hard and soft skills, including financial proficiency and decision making.

Responsibilities:

Financial planning: Create and manage the company's financial strategy, budget, and cash flow
Financial reporting: Analyze and present financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Financial audits: Perform financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Accounting policies: Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures
Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to ensure it reflects the company's financial performance
Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate accounting staff
Budgeting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets that align with the company's goals

Other duties :

Handle transactions and debts
Manage payroll
Manage cash receipts and financial assets
Make recommendations to business stakeholders
Assist with audits
Contribute to strategic financial decision-making
