Job Description
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide sales support.
Respond to customer inquiries, offering information and problem-solving solutions.
Develop design alternatives and communicate the rationale behind them effectively.
Manage workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining customer parameters, even during peak periods.
Secure orders, ensure product quality, and guarantee timely delivery while building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Board Passer, preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong technical understanding of engineering drawings and metal fabrication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure situations professionally.
Willingness to travel domestically and regionally. Fluency in Bisaya is a plus. Driving a four-wheel vehicle is an advantage. Fresh graduates with outstanding academic records are encouraged to apply. Experience in Sales/Marketing within the steel industry is a significant advantage.
Salary:
Starting salary: ₱16,000 (Davao Rate). Salary will be reviewed and adjusted after 3 months based on performance. Further adjustments will be made upon regularization.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (depending on the sales team schedule).
