Job Description
- Must be at least 2 years completed in college
- Must have at least 1 year BPO international voice acc experience
- We can safely say that the salary is up to 24k (Still depends on their experience and qualifications)
- Work onsite only in Mall of Asia
- COE’s for past work experiences is required
- CV’s during endorsement is required
- Onsite and Virtual Process (Final Interview is Face to Face at 5-Ecom 16th Floor)
Requirements needed to bring for CSR Candidates once selected and invited to be processed ONSITE
Valid ID
For those candidates tagged as BPO UG (Finished 2nd year in College) they must be able to bring their TOR or similar documents before Initial Interview and during Final interview until the Job Offer stage.
Must be able to present 2 COE’s from 2 previous companies (International account exp) and if they’re rendering they must be able to show a signed resignation letter during Final Interview
