Job Description
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• College graduate or equivalent working experience in financial services, or e-commerce fields.
• Prior experience in the industry is a very big advantage.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills can comprehend simple and complex customer issues and can write and speak in a clear, concise, understandable manner.
Must be comfortable with communicating with international customers.
• Must be VERY detail oriented, to the point of double checking cases before submitting, and able to spot errors.
• Must also be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, capable of handling work under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• A basic computer skill is a must. MS Excel proficiency and experience with use of spreadsheets or reporting tools are a big advantage.
• Possesses a sense of urgency when it comes to solving customer issues. Strong commitment to 24/7 operations, willingness to work during night shifts, weekends, holidays, inclement weather, and occasional overtime.
• Familiarity with E-commerce industry or Card payment industry is a big advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Take care of day to day risk related claims and chargeback.
2. Handle verification procedures for newly registered users and review incoming transactions.
3. Perform occasional verification calls for risk management purposes.
4. Monitor multiple mailbox queues and address customer inquiries and cases via email.
5. Monitor order system and payment center queues and address all incoming cases.
6. Review, investigate, and mediate disputes and manual arbitration issues.
7. Evaluate effectiveness of antifraud system and supplement with judgement calls.
8. Monitor security related feedback from users and identify fraud trends.
9. Update trackers and reports with accurate and timely information.
10. Other reasonable work arranged by the superior.
Work schedule: Hybrid Set-up (3 days on-site/2 days WFH). Willing to work on shifting schedule and also need to work during weekends. 2 days rest day. Should have complete WFH equipment such as own laptop or desktop with high-speed internet connection.
