Job Description
Troubleshoot: Identify and fix hardware and software issues
Provide support: Help users with technical issues over the phone or via webchat
Maintain systems: Ensure that the IT infrastructure runs smoothly
Create documentation: Write manuals and other documentation for users and other IT professionals
Update software and hardware: Install new software and hardware drivers, and update existing ones
Manage service requests: Log and update service requests, and provide status updates to users
