Job Description

Join our strategy and consulting team to lead transformation projects in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for the utilities sector. Work on global initiatives, solve complex challenges, and implement cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand maintenance workflows, asset management needs, and business challenges.
Solution Design & Customization: Configure and tailor SAP S/4HANA PM to optimize maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and work order tracking.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve maintenance and asset management processes using best practices.
Integration & Collaboration: Ensure seamless SAP PM integration with Procurement, Finance, and Logistics systems.
Solution Definition: Define and implement business processes, digital solutions, and organizational enhancements.
Program Management: Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand business engagements.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
3+ years of experience in EAM projects within the utilities sector.
End-to-end implementation of at least one SAP PM project for a utility organization.
2+ years of hands-on experience with asset lifecycle management, predictive analytics, and reliability maintenance.
Skills & Knowledge:
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA PM, EAM, and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
Strong SAP S/4HANA configuration and integration skills.
Deep understanding of the Utilities value chain and maintenance management strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Project management expertise with the ability to handle resources and timelines.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with SAP advancements.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Certifications in Asset Management Platforms (SAP, Oracle, IBM, Salesforce).
Experience with Field Service Mobility Platforms.
Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
