Job Description
- Responsible for analyzing market conditions to determine the feasibility and potential profitability of a property and its business opportunities.
- Ensure that proper branding is executed in all projects.
- Be updated and knowledgeable of industry trends and pertaining to Real State Sales and Marketing effective processes and policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration major in Economics, Marketing or any equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning.
• Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills. Has strong knowledge of business management principles.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills. Has a good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
