Are you passionate about fostering wellness and creating impactful programs? We are looking for a dedicated Wellness Site Lead to join our dynamic team and champion holistic health initiatives at our workplace.
Location: Aura
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 per month
Start Date: ASAP
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a team of counselors, ensuring the delivery of top-notch wellness programs.
Implement and maintain wellness standards and policies, driving positive change.
Collaborate with stakeholders through MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings to enhance wellness strategies.
Gather and analyze data to measure program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance for all wellness activities.
Partner with internal teams to integrate wellness programs into recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage internal and client reporting while contributing to innovative wellness research.
