For CL10 – Senior Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and debug applications to support legacy modernization projects.
Troubleshoot intricate issues, collaborating with peers to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Conduct code and test reviews, ensuring adherence to modernization best practices and quality standards.
Provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and technical excellence.
What’s Needed:
Proficiency in IBM COBOL.
1+ years of experience in development and maintenance for mainframe and/or distributed applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Microfocus.
