Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate showings, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop prospecting strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate leads and expand the client base
- Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating property listings, updating the company website, and managing social media accounts

Qualifications:
- Must have New Zealand Real Estate experience
- Experience with property management software
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Salary:
₱35,000.00 Monthly
