Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
●Associate Graduate ( Any course)
●With 2 years call center experience
●Minimum 10 months in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management).
●Preferably with experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid).
●Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, especially in the Philippine setting.

●28k basic pay + 1k flex fund allowance
