Mid/Sr. Full Stack Developer

Position: Sr. Full Stack Developer
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Narra Labs, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, working with AI-driven solutions, experimental tools, and emerging technologies. You will play a crucial role in building scalable applications, integrating AI capabilities, and driving software innovation for businesses.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and other relevant degrees
5 years up experience in Sr. full stack development
Experience working directly with clients
Strong foundation on Object Oriented Programming
You must know how to scale and must know how to organize.

Must Have:
Ruby on Rails - Experience in building APIs, database management, and optimizing performance. Bonus if you’ve worked with Sidekiq or testing frameworks.
JavaScript - Strong in JS and modern frameworks like React or Vue. Familiar with async operations and state management.
AWS - Hands-on with EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda. Experience with Terraform and automated deployments is a plus.
Docker - Comfortable with containerization, Dockerfiles, and Compose. Kubernetes and CI/CD knowledge are a bonus.
Heroku - Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring.
Agile - Prioritize user feedback and data-driven improvements to optimize applications.
Scrum - Manage backlogs and prioritize tasks using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibility:
Technical Leadership:
Review code, enforce coding standards, and improve development workflows.
Research and adopt new technologies that enhance the development process.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups
Software Development:
Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
