Job Description

What You’ll Do:
• Engage with customers via phone calls to assist with inquiries and service requests.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues, billing concerns, and account updates.
• Provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Offer product recommendations and upgrades to enhance customer experience.
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex cases as needed.
What we are looking for:
• At least Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum)/SHS Graduate (New Curriculum).
• With 1 year Customer Service Experience & 6 months Sales Experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Non-BPO? Is Encourage as long as with Good Communication Skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Taguig City.
