Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Predictive Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will involve leading a team of data scientists and analysts to build and deploy advanced predictive models that provide actionable insights and drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of predictive analytics systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify key business opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and modelers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Predictive Modeling: Develop, implement, and optimize predictive models to analyze trends, behaviors, and outcomes. Utilize techniques such as machine learning, statistical analysis, and time-series forecasting.
Data Strategy & Insights: Work with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, translate them into analytical problems
