Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join our E-Commerce Support Team and assist customers over the phone! Help them with orders, product inquiries, and account concerns while delivering an excellent shopping experience.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries.
• Assist with order tracking, payments, refunds, and product concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional support to resolve customer issues.
• Accurately update customer records and escalate complex concerns when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least Highschool Graduate (Old Curriculum)/SHS Graduate (New Curriculum)
• With At least 6 months Customer Care Experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
