Job Description
As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will develop and implement innovative learning solutions for corporate training programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess needs, recommend solutions, and create engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop e-learning courses using cutting-edge technologies.
-Work with clients to assess training needs and develop learning strategies.
-Create blended learning experiences that incorporate digital and instructor-led training.
-Develop learning pathways for employees at various levels.
-Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content deployment and tracking.
-Ensure training programs align with industry best practices.
-Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related fields.
-3+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or digital learning.
-Expertise in e-learning tools such as SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, or similar platforms.
