-Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
-Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance
-Process transactions and resolve complaints efficiently
-Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
-Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
-At least a high school graduate (senior high school for K-12)
-Good communication skills in English
-Customer service experience is a plus but not required
