S/4 HANA Project Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support / assist in program management.

Assist in triage of work intake and monitoring.

Assist project meetings with Program Manager

Prepare report and data on the progress of the project. Monitor and log project issues, escalating them to the relevant teams for resolution.

Support change management by ensuring scope changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.

Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, track follow-up actions, and support post-implementation reviews.



Job Qualifications:



Project Manager - Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successful project completion.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and practices.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
