Job Description
Training Development & Delivery:
> Design and develop comprehensive training courses for field engineers, focusing on computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware.
Technical Support & Assistance:
> Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers as needed, including troubleshooting and product-related assistance.
Ongoing Skill Enhancement:
> Conduct regular research on emerging technologies related to computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware, and recommend relevant training updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Holder of IT, Engineering or any related field
- Preferably with motorcycle
