Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least HS/SHS Graduate
At least 1 year call center experience, voice or non-voice (International Accounts only)
Or Minimum 3 years work experience (any industry)
Tech Support (Required) and/or Audio equipment experience (Strongly preferred)
Willing to start immediately.
