JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services. You will also process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed 2nd year college / K12 Graduate
1 year customer service or collection experience
Good to excellent English communication skills
