Job Description

(17 Headcounts needed)

- Salary is up to 30,000php + Benefits and Night Differential + 10,000 completion bonus
- Location: BGC Taguig - With Shuttle Service (Metro Manila only)
- Setup: Hybrid - 12 days per month (This can be arranged or might be lessened depending on performance (attendance), or if there are outages)
- Schedule: Shifting but mostly Nightshift
- Can start March 17, 2025

Qualifications:

- Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 months experience in Service Desk or Technical Support Representative but must have background that touches computer system, printers, network and device connectivity
- With experience in BPO Industry
- Must have phone support experience
- Excellent communication skills
