Job Description
1. Maintenance and Repair
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and prolong operational lifespan
2. Fleet Management
Maintain an inventory of vehicles, specialized equipment, and other motorized equipment
3. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations governing vehicle operation and maintenance
4. Budgeting and Financial Management:
Prepare a budget for the maintenance department, including expenses related to vehicle maintenance, fuel, and repairs, others
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Generate regular reports on vehicle and heavy equipment utilization, maintenance activities, and operational performance
Qualifications:
BS in Business Administration Logistics or Engineering, Logistics/Transportation Commerce, or similar diploma programs.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a big logistics company with procurement experience
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in equipment engineering or maintenance, preferably in a construction environment
Basic understanding of Architectural, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering construction practices
SALARY RANGE: Php40,000 - Php50,000
