Responsibilities

1. Be a key player in implementing HR policies and initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment.
2. Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.
3. Take ownership of nationwide recruitment efforts and conduct initial interviews.
4. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by conducting engaging new employee orientations.
5. Collaborate on training needs assessments and help identify opportunities for employee development.
6. Contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related field.
2. Solid understanding of basic HR principles, particularly in recruitment and training - experience in HR is bonus.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proven ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
5. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Canva.
6. Exceptional organization and strategic thinking skills.
7. Must be willing to work onsite in Scout Rallos Quezon City from Monday to Friday.
