Job Description
As an Office Engineer at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC.', you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will involve providing technical support and engineering expertise to ensure the smooth operation and execution of our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Providing technical support and advice to project managers and site teams
Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress
Identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing appropriate solutions
Preparing and maintaining detailed project records, reports, and documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors
Assisting with the preparation of project proposals, bids, and tenders
What we're looking for
Preferably Licensed Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong technical understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Proficient in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
