Financial Account Representative

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Financial Australian Account. As a Financial Account Representative, you will provide top-notch financial support and customer service to clients, ensuring compliance with policies and high-quality resolution of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and billing concerns in compliance with company guidelines.
Assist customers in resolving financial discrepancies, disputes, and account-related issues.
Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to banking and financial industry standards.
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, policies, and account processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely resolution of client concerns.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, accuracy, and productivity.

Qualifications:
Education:
K-12 Graduates / Senior High School Graduates.
At least 2 years of completed college education.

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of CCE (Customer Contact Experience), regardless of account type.
For non-BPO applicants, at least 1 year of financial-related experience is required (for those with at least 2 years of college).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial processes, transactions, and industry regulations is an advantage.
