Full Stack Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Excel, VBA, and
Macros to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end
and back-end development while being proficient in creating advanced Excel-based solutions, automation
scripts, and data-driven applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Excel functions, VBA
scripting, macro automation, and integrating Excel with other technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Excel, VBA, and Macros Development:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables for data
processing and analysis.
• Write, debug, and enhance VBA scripts and macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve
workflow efficiency.
• Design and implement Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reports for business and data
analysis.
• Integrate Excel with databases, APIs, and other software systems to enable seamless data
exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Excel performance issues, formula errors, and automation failures.
2. Full Stack Development:
• Build and maintain web applications with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, C#, or Java).
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to connect Excel-based tools with cloud applications.
• Work with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
(MongoDB) to manage and manipulate large datasets.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and seamless user experience in Excel-integrated
applications.

3. Automation & Process Optimization:
• Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using VBA, Python, or Power
Automate.
• Design and deploy Excel add-ins and plug-ins to extend Excel functionality.
• Optimize data processing scripts to handle large datasets efficiently and improve
performance.
4. Collaboration & Support:
• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and end-users to understand
requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide training and documentation for Excel-based applications, macros, and automated
workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Excel-based solutions with enterprise systems and
cloud platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• + years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Excel and VBA expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel functions, VBA scripting, and macro automation.
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end programming: Python, C#, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience integrating Excel with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or Office 365 automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot Excel performance issues, VBA debugging, and automation failures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or Python-based automation).
• Knowledge of Excel add-in development using JavaScript or C#.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless computing.
