Job Description

We are seeking Highly Organized and Proactive Office Administrators to support our Australian clients. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Order Management: Plan driver schedules, process customer and supplier orders, and manage stock issues.
Customer Service: Respond to emails and calls, providing excellent support.
Inventory & Pricing: Maintain stock levels, organize inventory, and update pricing.
Employee Support: Train staff on processes and supplier management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience as an Office Administrator
1 year of BPO experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work independently and in team
Salary:
₱28,000.00 Monthly
