Your role will involve collaborating with clients, driving requirements gathering sessions, conducting fit-gap analysis, configuring prototypes, and ensuring robust system integration and deployment.

System Implementation & Configuration
- Participate in all project phases: Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Post-go-live Support (Hypercare).
- Conduct requirements confirmation workshops and fit-gap analysis to assess the feasibility of client requirements.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements and overall configuration management.
