Job Description

Job description
Hold and maintain the local government permits, licenses and product registrations of the company.
Collate, prepare organize, monitor files and documents, permits, licenses and certificates related to all compliance requirements.
Prepare and process documents as required by Department of Agriculture, Department of Health and other inter-related regulatory agencies.
Assist in dealing and communicating with the regulatory agencies, foreign and local suppliers on all areas related to compliance documentation.
Coordinate the completion of all product-related government, regulatory and compliance documents required by the Company.
Research, develop, and recommend strategic direction that ensures Company alignment with all applicable laws and regulations.
Act as a resource on Company operations on areas related to regulatory compliance matters.
Maintain a current comprehensive working knowledge of requirements, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Research needed requirements, producing written research reports when necessary.
Assist with drafting of policies and procedures with compliance implications, including the updating or design and introduction of required forms and disclosures.
Monitor, follow-up and ensure completion of the implementation of operational changes needed to comply with agency and regulatory changes.
Coordinates with the importation staff on the preparation of documents for shipment customs releasing.
Submit reports and updates on a regular basis (monthly/weekly) as required by the management.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 Job Experience related to food or as quality assurance and regulatory office.
