JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a customer-focused Inbound Support Agent to handle incoming calls and assist new customers. Your role is to ensure a smooth experience by verifying information, providing key service details, and answering initial inquiries. If you have great communication skills and enjoy helping people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Handle inbound calls and guide customers through the onboarding process.
• Verify customer details and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Explain product/service features and answer initial questions.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
• Assist with general inquiries and escalate when needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High Graduate (New Curriculum).
• With at least 6 months of Customer Service Experience
• Attention to detail and ability to handle customer data accurately.
• Willing to work On-Site and in Shifting Schedule
