Seat 1

Salary: 25,000 PHP

Experience: 6 Months

Qualifications:
-- Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
-- At least 6 months experience in software development and maintenance support.
-- Strong understanding of business requirements and IT strategies.
-- General knowledge of Internet/Intranet server/application architecture.
-- Experience with medium/large systems involving multitier architecture and integrations.
-- Advantageous to have experience in implementing multiple interdependent websites/web applications.
-- Strong MS platform knowledge and skills.
-- Proficiency in programming, systems analysis, QA, prototyping, integration, and migration.

Seat 2
Salary: 60,000 - 90,000 PHP
Experience: 3-6 Years
Qualifications:
-- Strong incident management skills.
-- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
-- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.

Job Description:
-- Managing on-call rotations.
-- Handling incidents and ensuring system uptime.
-- Coordinating with other teams for issue resolution.

Seat 3
Salary: 60,000 - 90,000 PHP
Experience: 3-6 Years
Qualifications:
-- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
-- 2-3 years of technical/application support experience across multiple technology platforms.
-- 1-2 years of experience in application/infrastructure monitoring.
-- ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.
-- Strong service-oriented experience and understanding of IT industry business needs.
-- Experience with Application or Infrastructure Monitoring Tools.
