What is your mission?
Servicing our customers on various issues through 3 modes of communication such as emails, phone calls, and live chat.
Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets, exceed customer expectations, build customer loyalty, and take advantage of sales opportunities when appropriate.
Propose resolutions and follow up with customers on time and offer recommendations to prevent similar issues raised by the customers from repeating by providing feedback to clients.
Provide feedback through various platforms for respective teams (Marketing, Product, QC, etc.) to improve the customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
College level.
With at least 1 year of BPO experience in a retail account.
Must have voice and non-voice experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive, self-motivated and energetic.
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
