Job Description

We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role involves assisting in repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of the plant to maintain efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in plant maintenance or industrial settings is a plus
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
