Full Stack Java Developer - Staff - Global Professional Services

Job Description

This person would have significant experience in the Full stack technologies. He/she needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to work with our clients and teams across globe. An experience in working on Azure and dev ops tools would be an added advantage. Your Responsibilities:
• Developing scalable, fast, robust and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
• Working closely with your peers to gather and incorporate their feedback into your feature design
• Keep up to date on emerging capabilities in open-source area and identify where and how new capabilities can be applied
• Translate requirements from architects and product managers into functional code.
• Contribute to EY’s internal knowledge base on best practices in this full technology area.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
Qualification

• More than 3 years of experience in web application development

• Proficiency in Node.js, Spring Boot for server-side development

• Strong knowledge of React.js or Angular for client-side development

• Strong programming skills in Javascript, Java

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, Hibernate, SQL Server/Oracle, No SQL like - Mongo DB

• Familiarity with responsive web-design and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript

• Strong understanding of web development principles and practices

• Experience in integration, designing and implementing RESTful APIs

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

• Strong Git and version control skills

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes



Great to have:

• Experience with GraphQL

• Work experience in Oracle, SSIS, SSRS

• Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWA) and accessibility standards

• Experience using an integration platform like MuleSoft

• Experience using API development and management platform such as Amazon API Gateway, Microsoft Azure API, and Apigee
