AC Technician/ General Maintenance

Join the team at Best Reliable Resources' as an AC Technician & General Maintenance. In this full-time position based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing essential maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's facilities.

What you'll be doing

-Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning units and other building equipment
-Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting, replacing parts, and testing for proper functionality
-Perform general building maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
-Respond promptly to service requests and work orders to minimize disruptions
-Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repair work
-Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure a safe and well-functioning work environment

What we're looking for

-Proven experience as an AC technician or in a similar general maintenance role
-Technical expertise in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems and other building equipment
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and report on maintenance activities
