JOB DESCRIPTION:

Planning

Establish and maintain functional financial and management reporting systems to guarantee timely and accurate reporting of all transactions to support the processes for planning, forecasting, and reporting;
Organize the Company's planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and conduct frequent reviews of operational performance in comparison to the plan.
Assist management on financial and tax strategies;
Accounting Operations

Manage the internal financial operations of the Company;
Create, share, and maintain appropriate accounting systems and practices to guarantee accurate and timely reporting of all financial and accounting activities.;
Make ensuring that services are billed to clients in a timely and accurate way;
Provide financial direction and analytical support to all departments on all commercial matters;
Plan and implement operational best practices;
Risk Management

Review, improve and monitor reliable internal control systems;
Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
Ensure that record-keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies;
Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and implement their recommendations;
Treasury

Monitor cash balances and prepare cash forecasts;
Administer banking, treasury and foreign exchange processes to ensure effective use of Company funds;
Third Parties

Manage any third or related parties to which certain accounting functions will be outsourced;
Maintain banking relationships
