Job Description

We are looking for a Trainer Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, mentoring employees, and ensuring they develop essential workplace skills. If you have a passion for teaching and a background in finance, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
*Conduct training on general skills and competencies, including:
- Verbal & Written Communication
- Time Management Skills
- Basic Spreadsheet/Document Creation Skills
* Develop training materials and facilitate engaging sessions
*Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
*Support continuous learning and employee development
Qualifications:
- Preferably with prior trainer experience
- Background or experience in finance is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Salary:
₱32,000.00 Monthly
