Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong medical background and expertise in Medical Insurance processes. If you have experience handling Insurance Eligibility, Pre-authorizations, Referrals, and Claims, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable part of our team!
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in:
Insurance Eligibility verification
Pre-authorizations
Managing Referrals
Processing Claims
Skills:
Excellent English communication with a pleasant phone voice.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Technical Requirements:
Dual monitor setup.
Fast and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or ability to upgrade).
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM PST | 12 AM - 9 AM PHT (Graveyard Shift)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Pay: $4.00 USD per hour
