Job Description
-Education: Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Studies, Administration, Management and other related/equivalent courses
-Experience(s): At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales functions and procedures. Relevant work experience in establishing new accounts, account management and negotiation skills. Preferably with B2B experience in sales / pre-sales.
-Business Understanding: Understanding of Business Operations (ICT Solutions), Sales procedures, strongly inclined in establishing and maintaining customers and Customer Service.
-Japanese Native/N1 level
Job Description:
1. Achieve target figures In line with sales team target (revenue / profit ratio / leads)
2. Streamline the process of pre-sales / proposal for quick response to the clients
3. Creating and establishing new accounts with potential customers.
4. Generating new clients or accounts for the company and operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to acquired and assigned key clients or accounts of the company.
5. Able to think about the IT solution and make a suitable proposal.
6. Able to meet/complete monthly sales quota.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
