Data Entry & Documentation – Record customer interactions, update databases, and maintain accurate information. Following Call Scripts & Guidelines – Adhere to company policies, scripts, and best practices to ensure quality service. Meeting Performance Targets – Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Upselling & Cross-Selling (If Applicable) – Promote products or services when appropriate to enhance business revenue. Coordinating with Other Departments – Collaborate with other teams to escalate issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintaining Professionalism – Communicate clearly and courteously while staying calm under pressure. Adhering to Security & Compliance Policies – Follow company protocols to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
