Job Description
Executes several projects under supervision of the Project Officer.
Conducts the following activities during the project life cycle:
Training
Business Review
Configuration
Data Migration
Onsite and Offsite Assistance
Day-to-day Project Update
Executes the approved implementation plan and blueprint of the project
Puts together implementation-related document such as:
Training Document
Business Process Requirement Documentation
Configuration Document
System Live-run Documentation
Project Closure
Preparation and execution of the following:
Training plan
System-related configuration
Internal and External testing
Project Live-run
Deploy project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle
Works and collaborates closely with the client to devise effective solutions
Ensures that the company’s technology and solutions can deliver within timeline and scope
Acts as influencers to the project team member
Effectively articulates technical limitations or showstoppers based on customer processes and requirements.
Creates, modifies and releases ISO documentation
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in implementing IT products, services or solutions (preferably Netsuite)
Must have a background in business process standard practices.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in project-related documentation as well as in customer-facing positions.
Must have experience in conducting presentations and training as well as root cause analysis and deployment of solutions.

Amenable to work in Quezon City
Amenable to work in hybrid set-up
