Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning materials and training programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Design & Content Development
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training materials (e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning).
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to create effective learning solutions.
- Develop multimedia content, including videos, presentations, simulations, and interactive modules.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR Development, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training.
Required Skills:
- Has an intermediate or advanced skill level in the following applications:
- Adobe Captivate
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Audition
- Adobe Premiere or other video editing application
- Vyond
- Synthesia
- Simulation authoring tools
- Salary:
