Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring that the process is smooth and efficient.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products to provide accurate information to customers.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients, explaining features and benefits.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with clients and close deals in line with company policies and sales targets.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress toward sales goals, and market trends to management.
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to develop strategies and meet business objectives.
