Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize CRM processes to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Manage the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and efficiency.
- Analyze customer behavior, trends, and insights to develop targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Create reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and present findings to leadership.
- Oversee customer segmentation, automation, and personalized communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Train and support team members on CRM tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM management, customer experience, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to drive initiatives.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization techniques.
