Job Description
The HR and Administrative Associate will support the day-to-day functions of the Human Resource Department. The position will focus on recruitment and selection, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
Advertise job vacancies on company websites, job platforms, and social media accounts using graphics created by the Specialist.
Source applicants through job portals, job fairs, social media, and referrals.
Invite candidates for interviews and conduct initial interviews.
Administer pre-employment exams as needed.
Evaluate interview and exam results to endorse qualified candidates to hiring departments.
Schedule interviews with department heads and managers.
Monitor and verify pre-employment requirements for new hires.
Collaborate with government offices, schools, and organizations for partnerships.
Track referrals and generate monthly recruitment reports every first day of the month.
Timekeeping and Payroll
Consolidate total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related for all employees (BGE Corp. and Hobby Stadium).
Send payslips for employees and assist with cash vouchers of service providers.
Update trackers and sending updated leave balances.
Onboarding
Create email for new hires.
Conduct orientation and training.
Ensure onboarding slides, databases, etc. are up to date.
Administrative Functions
Scan and file 201 documents and other employee records in a timely manner.
Other administrative tasks assigned by the HR Specialists (Supervisors) and HR Manager.
Qualifications
Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be comfortable in speaking and conducting interviews.
With confidence to represent the company as a recruiter.
Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
With knowledge in Canva, or any other editing application for Posters, and Ads creation.
With background in end to end recruitment is a plus.
Must be willing to work onsite at 500A, Altura, Sampaloc, Manila
