Job Description
The role of an HR Manager is to lead a team of HR Generalists in driving innovation and fostering the right culture in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling a team or currently holding a managerial or supervisory role
Recruitment and onboarding
360 performance evaluations
Handling employee and labor relations
Managing company wide events or employee engagement
Timekeeping and payroll
Administering company benefits
Enforcing company policies
Creating company handbook and code of conduct
Conducting company trainings
Qualifications:
Must have an experience as a supervisor or manager or the equivalent
OSH certification is an advantage
Well-versed in Philippine Labor Laws
Willing to work on site in Manila

- 55.000,00 ₱ Monthly
