Job Description
Responsible for organizing and analyzing data from available data sources to support retail reporting, projects, and initiatives
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researching industry trends such as consumer buying habits or technological advances that may impact the industry in the future
Analyzing data such as revenue growth rates, inventory turnover rates, and profit margins
Providing recommendations to improve operations or increase profits, often working with the store manager or another member of the management team
Defining marketing strategies for specific products or services based on consumer preferences
Analyzing performance metrics such as sales volume and profit margins to identify opportunities for improvement
Recommending pricing strategies such as discounts or special offers to attract new customers and encourage repeat business from existing customers
Recommending new products or services based on market trends and customer preferences
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics , or related course.
Knowledge of specified structured analysis techniques
Knowledge and practical experience of mapping retail business processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales industry.
